9 months since we left UK

It’s been 9 months since Kavi and I left our home of over 50 years in England to forge a new life on the west coast of the US.

We are gradually coming to feel that this is our new home, it has been a heck of a journey into the unknown and still more adventures to come!

It has been tough on the body in many ways, living out of suitcases for over a year and being 100% committed to the completion of my new book at the same time. Today, there are more demands on me than ever before as I engage with the fullness of the expression of my teaching in the world. I remember a time when life seemed incredibly calm .. now it tumbles forth at an incredible pace!

And yet love has been the guiding force all through the stillness and through all the movement. And love continues to animate this body-mind vehicle as it moves into maturity. Form is always changing – and eventually will return to emptiness – while love is ever-present as the vast openness of this moment.

To all those who visibly and invisibly played a part in our transition from UK to US – I thank you from the depth of my heart!
